On the first day of the seminar, the internal coordination council was formed in Ganja city. In addition, a coordination council was established among people with disabilities. The purpose of forming these councils is to investigate and collect the difficulties and problems faced by people with disabilities, their expectations, solutions to the problems and present them to the Coordination Council formed in the round table conducted on January 26, 2023. At the end of the event, psychological tests were conducted to check the knowledge and skills of the participants regarding people with disabilities.

One of the main directions of the project is to train employees of social, healthcare, justice, employment, education, and law enforcement organizations in professional ethical communication with women and girls who have different types of disabilities and communication difficulties, as well as the communicative knowledge and skills to serve them. The project covers the cities of Baku, Ganja and the regions of Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz, and will be implemented during the period of September 2022 - August 2025 (36 months).
